My company, Root River Inspections, is dedicated to providing you, my client, with the best service possible. I am the owner and Certified Residential Inspector (CRI), so when you contact me about an inspection, I am the person that performs the inspection, answers your questions, and prepares your report. I offer many different types of inspections, including Buyer Home Inspections, Seller/Pre-listing Home Inspections, Annual Home Maintenance Inspections, Home Warranty Inspections, Bank Owned or Foreclosure Home Inspections, Walk-Through Home Inspections and Renter Inspections.
