Chatfield, Minnesota Home Inspector

Since Chatfield is my hometown, I thought I should dedicate a page to it!  Small town living is just as you'd expect here, with the majority of residences tucked down in the "Chosen Valley".  Chatfield straddles the county line between Olmsted and Fillmore counties.  It has the only stop light in Fillmore county, and an interesting stone wall that runs along Old Territorial Road, that includes stones from six continents, most of the 50 states, and even a baptismal font from a destroyed church in Italy!  A recent addition is the new elementary school, due to open Fall of 2009.  Root River Inspections is your Chatfield, Minnesota home inspector!
