In the next few days, I will be making some major business decisions that you can read about here.  As the tax incentive program winds down on April 30, 2010, I have signed on with Mountain Association and will be including a 100-day inspection coverage program as well as the "Now That You've Had A Home Inspection" book.  I feel that these new items will add even more value to my inspections.  

Mountain Association is a network of certified home inspectors that provides a limited 100-day/$1,000 inspection coverage to out of pocket expenses.   It covers many home systems/components and is an excellent addition to an already great inspection service.  http://www.mountainassociation.org

"Now That You've Had A Home Inspection" is a fantastic book that I give to all my clients.  It explains what a home inspection is and isn't, and that, as a new homeowner, you have a lot of work ahead of you!  It covers all of the components of a home, how a house works, how to keep your home in quality condition, and even how to save money on your energy bills.
