Electrical Panel Cover in Spring Valley, MN home inspection.

There may not look like much wrong with this picture, but look closely.  The door to the panel cover has a broken hinge on the bottom.  The panel cover should be able to help shield from potential arcing in the box.  Also, this cover is poorly labeled.  There should be a clear, legible and correct label on every breaker in the panel.
