Poorly caulked roof/wall flashing on Rushford, MN home

Caulk or sealant is meant to work with flashing and roofing to keep water off of the structure of a home.  When applied in a haphazard manner, it is defeating the purpose.  You can see gaps in the caulk, creating the potential for water intrusion.
