Evidence of serious damage in Red Wing, MN home, found during inspection

This damaged ceiling was found during a home inspection in Red Wing, MN in the garage area.  The garage was underground and had been potentially wet at some point.  The sheetrock was falling in several areas and there were many places noted as having a possible organic substance growing on it.
