Having outdoor lighting and receptacles is highly desireable and often adds value to your home.  But you need to be sure that the job is done professionally.  Here we find wiring that is unsecured and exposed to the elements.  Wiring should be run in rigid conduit or be exterior grade.  Ideally, this wire would also be hidden for protection and aesthetics.
