Condensate Leaking from furnace found during Rochester, MN home inspection

A furnace should never leak condensate.  This particular unit showed signs of extensive leaking that has been occuring over a significant amount of time as evidenced by the rust on the unit, the effloresence present on the floor and the obvious water standing under the unit.
