Which Home Inspection Fits You Best?

There are several types of home inspections that I offer.  Which one fits your needs?  You be the judge!

Buyer Home Inspection - This is what most people think of when they think "home inspection".  Remember, your Buyer Home Inspection includes your FREE follow-up and FREE 1-year home inspections!

Seller Home Inspection - An excellent marketing tool for you as a home seller.  This full home inspection alerts you to any major problems in your home that can be repaired before a potential buyer sets foot inside.  We also stand ready to inspect any home you are potentially buying!

Annual Home Maintenance Inspection - Even the most vigilant homeowner can, from time to time, miss things that may be happening with their home.  That's why an Annual Home Inspection is a valuable tool in keeping your home from suffering serious and long term damage from minor problems present now.

Home Warranty Inspection - If you have recently had a home built for you, generally your builder gives a 1-year warranty.  Our Home Warranty Inspection is designed to be performed in the 10th or 11th month to ensure that any problems that may have arisen during your first year will be taken care of by your builder.

Foreclosure Home Inspection - With all of the foreclosure or bank owned homes on the market, folks are out looking for deals.  These can turn out fantastic for you, as long as you are planning a Foreclosure Inspection.  Keep in mind:  ANY issues with a foreclosed home are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.  These are normally sold "as is"; why should you think you're saving money, yet have to turn around and spend that savings just to make the home liveable?

Walk-Through Home Inspection - A Walk-Through Home Inspection is appropriate if you have not signed any contract for the home.  It is a visual inspection with no written report.  Because of this, I encourage you to be ready to ask questions.

Renter Inspection - Not a typical inspection, but with renters more and more cautious about being stuck for security deposits (especially if having difficulty with a landlord), my Renter Inspection is for you.  This gives you documentation of any problems on move-in, which should alleviate problems at move-out.

While I have standard fees for most home inspections, some of these situations call for alternative pricing.  Contact me directly to discuss your options.
