Exposed, Live Electrical Wire found during Red Wing, MN Home Inspection

The blue wire in this picture was tied in with a LIVE wire and left exposed in the floor joist.  A small voltage "sniffer" is a fantastic tool to help you determine if wiring is hot or not, and saves a lot of painful electricity hitting your hand or head.
