Moisture Damage to roof found by Spring Valley, MN home inspector.

This roof is from a lean-to built on a metal sided building.  There is no flashing between the two, and the lean-to roof faces north.  Obviously, snow, ice and water all sit here and have worked under the shingles, creating a potential biological growth problem.
