Water Heater Access found by Spring Valley, MN home inspector.

Had to do a little searching to find this electric water heater!  It was hidden behind two walls in the bathroom.  Fortunately, it is electric and does not run the risk of carbon monoxide production.  There is no access to work on this unit unless you moved both washer and dryer, then tore out the walls.  This is a bad situation if there was ever an emergency with the unit.  Also note the lack of discharge pipe from the TPR valve.
